San Antonio (or Sant Antoni) is located in the west of Ibiza Island, just 10 miles from Ibiza Town, the capital. Known to visitors as "San An", this is the liveliest holiday resort on Ibiza, with a plenty of popular dance clubs often with some of the best DJs from the UK. Close by the resort is the San Antonio Bahia area, which is more family friendly than the main town.

Many visitors start their evening out along the "Sunset Strip" just west of the centre in most renowned bar there, the Cafe Del Mar, which started to establish Ibiza as a major clubbing resort. Other popular bars on or around the strip include the Cafe Mambo, which is often used as a venue for Radio 1 shows and the Savannah. The largest San Antonio Night Clubs, the Es Paradis, is situated in the West End on the calle Salvador Espiritu. Near by isthe Eden, which regularly has top DJs like Judge Jules. The West End is also has loads of British pubs and discos. A few minutes drive east of San Antonio are the two largest clubs on Ibiza, Privilege and Amnesia.

just north of the Sunset Strip is the small bay of the Calo Des Moro, that is lined with nice bars and fine restaurants. Beyond Calo Des Moro is the fine beach of Cala Gracio and the Aquarium Cap Blanc, showing a selection of fish plus octopuses, lobsters and even eels. The main San Antonio beach is the S Arenal, which stretches down to San Antonio Marina with a few bars, like the Bar M.

The main beaches are located along the San Antonio Bay a few minutes west, like Cala Basa a 250 yard strip of fine white sand, backed by pines and cliffs which can get busy during the peak season. There are loads of sports from this beach, like banana boats and skiing. Further along still is the Cala Conta, widely thought of as one of the best beaches on Ibiza.

Although most tourists to San Antonio do not go for the sightseeing, the church of Esglesias de Sant Antoni built in the late 17th century is worth a peek. It is noted for the tower built into it for defence. Further south of it is the harbour, where you can take boat tours to either Cala Conta or Cala Basa.

San Antonio bus terminus is located on the Avenida de Portmany with connections to Ibiza Town and the airport.
